Produced analysis in connection with alleged False Claims Act violations concerning Medicare Advantage gain/loss bid margins, including work on report that identified logical and economic inconsistencies in plaintiff’s allegations and that critically assessed and rebutted damages assertions made by plaintiff’s expert.
